Numb and painful

Was in town today. Alone. Puffing my fag at the back of heeren, the ground floor of the office tower. While my mind wonders no where.

Feeling pain, anaesthesia subsides, and the pain sets in. Got 3 tooth extracted today. 1 on the top left, 2 on the lower, 1 on each side. Braces will be placed on my lower jaw in another 2 weeks time. Thats when the aligning starts. I've inherited the nick 'metal teeth' from friends after years of having braces on the upper set of teeth, not for aligning but for other treatments.

Nice chat with the Dr. who is doing the extratcting today. Young chap, in his early 20s. Sometimes, short conversation do inspire you into something. He's definitely a nice guy chatting with.

I was thinking of going shopping alone after my dental appointment. How wonderful the thought was. The whole mouth numb just like an idiot biting onto the gauzes with blood. I gave up. So home i went.

Unintended sick leaves just keep coming. I'm living life in a blur for almost 2 weeks. Definitely, I've to get things started.
